North Cheyenne Cañon Park, including North Cheyenne Canyon Road and Gold Camp Road, is now closed to vehicles until further notice due to significant road damage on North Cheyenne Canyon Road.
The closure runs from the Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center on North Cheyenne Canyon Road to the northern boundary of the park on Gold Camp Road, north of the Chutes and Ladders trailhead.
Road damage was reported by a City Park Ranger on the morning of Wednesday, June 4. Public Works is assessing options for repair. The public is asked to please avoid the area.
