The City's Right-of-Way Management team ensures that retrofit concrete, street excavations, and capital project work in the public right-of-way is constructed to City Engineering Standards. Right-of-Way Management issues permits for and inspects work performed in the City right-of-way and reviews traffic control plans for permitted work and capital project work to help ensure safety in the public right of way.
